As a holistic wellness coach in La Quinta, California with over 40 years of experience, my work is devoted to helping you clear what feels heavy, reconnect with your authentic essence, and create space for your soul to lead.

I am a certified Rapid Transformation Therapist (RTT), an Integrated Energy Therapy (IET) Master, a Barbara Brennan Energy Healer, hypnotherapist, licensed prayer practitioner, and emotional and spiritual life coach — all of which have transformed my own life and continue to guide my work today.
